释义	法律分析: 假的。因为一般情况下，法院不会通过打电话、发短信的方式，只会给寄传票的方式。但是特殊情形，比如说案件按照简易程序审理，若法官通过短信方式通知当事人，可以拨打通知的法院的电话或者亲自到法院询问来核实情况是否属实。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国治安管理处罚法》第二十八条违反国家规定，故意干扰无线电业务正常进行的，或者对正常运行的无线电台（站）产生有害干扰，经有关主管部门指出后，拒不采取有效措施消除的，处5日以上10日以下拘留；情节严重的，处10日以上15日以下拘留。
