释义	法律分析：本条是关于权利转让时，债务人行使抵销权的规定。债权人转让权利不需要经债务人同意，债务人接到债权转让通知时，转让行为就生效。如果债务人对债权人也享有债权，同时该债权已届清偿期，那么，在这种情况下，债务人可以依照法律的规定向受让人行使抵销权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百七十五条借款人应当按照约定的期限返还借款。对借款期限没有约定或者约定不明确，依据本法第五百一十条的规定仍不能确定的，借款人可以随时返还；贷款人可以催告借款人在合理期限内返还。
