释义	只要大学生达到《劳动法》规定的就业年龄，符合劳动关系主体资格，具备与用工单位建立劳动关系的行为能力和责任能力，就可以与公司签订劳动合同。如果是在校学生到用人单位实习，不视为就业，未建立劳动关系，可以不签订劳动合同。法律依据：《劳动合同法》第十条建立劳动关系，应当订立书面劳动合同。已建立劳动关系，未同时订立书面劳动合同的，应当自用工之日起一个月内订立书面劳动合同。用人单位与劳动者在用工前订立劳动合同的，劳动关系自用工之日起建立。
