释义	法律分析：指定管辖是指当管辖不明或者有管辖权的法院不宜行使管辖权时，由上级人民法院以指定的方式确定案件的管辖。我国刑事诉讼法中的管辖，是指公安机关、人民检察院和人民法院等依照法律规定立案受理刑事案件以及人民法院系统内审判第一审刑事案件的分工制度。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二十七条上级人民法院可以指定下级人民法院审判管辖不明的案件，也可以指定下级人民法院将案件移送其他人民法院审判。
