释义	法律分析：被别人到处造谣的，当事人可以要求造谣者停止造谣的行为，如果造成严重社会影响的，就会构成犯罪，被造谣人可到人民法院提起刑事自诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百四十六条以暴力或者其他方法公然侮辱他人或者捏造事实诽谤他人，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑、拘役、管制或者剥夺政治权利。
