亲人能做证人吗 -证据

法律分析：
可以的，除因生理上、精神上有缺陷或者年幼而不能辨别是非、不能正确表达意志的人以外，凡是知道案件情况的人，都有作证的义务。证人应如实地提供证言，如果作伪证或隐匿罪证，要负法律责任。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》 第七十二条 凡是知道案件情况的单位和个人，都有义务出庭作证。有关单位的负责人应当支持证人作证。不能正确表达意思的人，不能作证。
