释义	法律分析: 可以注册一人有限公司，注册的要求如下: 一人有限公司为一人控股，股东持股比例为100%，但公司有俩个职务，分别为法定代表人、监事人，公司法规定这二个职务不能为同一个人担任，也就是说唯一股东以外可以担任法定代表人一职务或监事人，但不同同时担任这二个职务，需要另外聘请一名人员作为公司监事或法定代表人。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公司法》第五十八条一个自然人只能投资设立一个一人有限责任公司。该一人有限责任公司不能投资设立新的一人有限责任公司。
