释义	法律分析：工期顺延，是发包人原因或者不可抗力原因导致实际工期落后于合同约定工期或超出合同工期，承包人请求延长合同工期的情形。通过工期顺延，承包人一方面可以免除该部分工期违约责任，另一方面可以向发包人主张停工、窝工、合理利润等损失。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百九十八条隐蔽工程在隐蔽以前，承包人应当通知发包人检查。发包人没有及时检查的，承包人可以顺延工程日期，并有权请求赔偿停工、窝工等损失。
