安监局发的电工操作证是三年一审的，人社局发的电工职业资格证是不用审的，建设厅发的建筑电工证是两年一审的。
法律依据：
《建设工程安全生产管理条例》 第二十五条垂直运输机械作业人员、安装拆卸工、爆破作业人员、起重信号工、登高架设作业人员等特种作业人员，必须按照国家有关规定经过专门的安全作业培训，并取得特种作业操作资格证书后，方可上岗作业。
