法律分析：
可以，公司和个人协商一致，双方自愿的情况下，可以签订承包合同，不违反法律强制性规定的，一般具有法律效力。
法律依据：
《中华人民共和国民法典》
第一百四十三条 具备下列条件的民事法律行为有效：
(一)行为人具有相应的民事行为能力。(二)意思表示真实。(三)不违反法律、行政法规的强制性规定，不违背公序良俗。
第七百七十条 承揽合同是承揽人按照定作人的要求完成工作，交付工作成果，定作人支付报酬的合同。承揽包括加工、定作、修理、复制、测试、检验等工作。
