释义	法律分析：指司法工作人员和有关国家工作人员利用职务上的便利和权力，对明知是无罪的而使他受追诉，对明知使有罪的人而故意包庇不使他受追诉，或者故意颠倒黑白作枉法裁判；或者利用职务包庇、窝藏经济犯罪分子等，隐瞒、掩饰其犯罪事实的行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第四百零一条司法工作人员徇私舞弊，对不符合减刑、假释、暂予监外执行条件的罪犯，予以减刑、假释或者暂予监外执行的，处三年以下有期徒刑或者拘役；情节严重的，处三年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
