释义	法律分析：免责声明的法律依据为：合同中造成对方人身伤害的，以及因故意或者重大过失造成对方财产损失的免责条款无效。另外，经营者作出的减轻、免除其损害消费者合法权益应当承担的民事责任、或者劳动合同中关于“发生工伤、意外事故，本单位概不负责”的免责条款也是无效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百零六条合同中的下列免责条款无效：（一）造成对方人身损害的；（二）因故意或者重大过失造成对方财产损失的。
