释义	法律分析：债权人同意之后的转让继续有效，不能反悔而撤销。债权人一旦发出转让权利的通知，就意味着合同的权利已归受让人所有或者和受让人分享，债权人不得再对转让的权利进行处置，因此，原债权人无权撤销转让权利的通知。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
