协议违约如何处理?

法律分析：
协议违约处理如下：合同约定金额的，按照该金额赔偿。约定违约金的计算方法的，按照这种方法计算违约金金额。违约金约定太少，不足以弥补违约方的损失的，还应当承担赔偿违约方损失的责任。直接取决于守约方遭受的损失，一般包括直接损失和间接损失。这两种形式之和的损失有权让违约方赔偿。

《中华人民共和国民法典》
第五百七十七条 当事人一方不履行合同义务或者履行合同义务不符合约定的，应当承担继续履行、采取补救措施或者赔偿损失等违约责任。
