释义	法律分析: 企业除名。企业除名的理由是严重违反用人单位的规章制度，缺以下的任何一条属违法解除： (1)企业的规章制度是否经过职代会或职工代表大会通过的 (2)规章制度公示了吗? (3)除名通知工会了吗? (4)进行批评教育，这一条企业已经做到了 (5)企业的规章制度不符合法律法规的规定，属无效条款。法律依据: 《企业职工奖惩条例》第十八条职工无正当理由经常旷工，经批评教育无效，连续旷工时间超过十五天，或者一年内累计旷工时间超过三十天的，企业有权予以除名。
