交管123如何用别人的驾驶证扣分

不可以用别人的驾驶证扣分，如果当事人用别人的驾照扣分被发现的，会被处以相应的处罚，公安机关交通管理部门对机动车驾驶人的道路交通安全违法行为，除依法给予行政处罚外，实行道路交通安全违法行为累积记分制度，记分周期为12个月，满分为12分。

《交通法规扣分细则》第六十九条机动车驾驶人在一个记分周期内记分未达到12分，所处罚款已经缴纳的，记分予以清除;记分虽未达到12分，但尚有罚款未缴纳的，记分转入下一记分周期。
