释义	法律分析: 公民的籍贯应为本人出生时祖父的居住地(户口所在地)；祖父去世的，填写祖父去世时的户口所在地；祖父未落常住户口的，填写祖父应落常住户口的的地方；公民登记籍贯后，祖父又迁移户口的，该公民的籍贯不再随之更改。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国户口登记条例》第七条婴儿出生后一个月以内，由户主、亲属、抚养人或者邻居向婴儿常住地户口登记机关申报出生登记。弃婴，由收养人或者育婴机关向户口登记机关申报出生登记。第九条婴儿出生后，在申报出生登记前死亡的，应当同时申报出生、死亡两项登记。
