释义	若公司转让，税务依照转让协议的约定办理。转让协议中未约定的，转让前的公司税务一般由原公司承担，原公司未如实告知受让的公司的，受让的公司受让后可以要求其支付该笔税费，但受让方同意代为支付的除外。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百五十四条债务人转移债务的，新债务人应当承担与主债务有关的从债务，但是该从债务专属于原债务人自身的除外。第五百五十五条当事人一方经对方同意，可以将自己在合同中的权利和义务一并转让给第三人。
