释义	法律主观：离职了奖金应当发放的。用人单位应当按照劳动合同约定和国家规定，向劳动者及时足额支付劳动报酬，当公司有关于年终奖的规定时，如果劳动者在完整的年度内，为公司提供了劳动，则应向其支付该年度的年终奖，不能以离职或者当年度的年终奖政策，未颁布为由不予发放，更不能以此为由拒绝向劳动者支付年终奖。
