释义	法律分析: 免疫球蛋白医保是不能够报销的，只有投保了意外医疗保险才能够进行报销。人体免疫蛋白是提高身体免疫力的药品，不在医保保障范围之内。如果购买了意外医疗保险则保险公司承保被保险人遭受到意外伤害所导致产生的住院治疗费用、如被动物意外咬伤注射进口疫苗（免疫蛋白疫苗）都是可以报销的。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国社会保险法》第二十八条符合基本医疗保险药品目录、诊疗项目、医疗服务设施标准以及急诊、抢救的医疗费用，按照国家规定从基本医疗保险基金中支付。
