1、申请
申请人登录广东政务服务网。
2、受理（1个工作日）
申请人在政务服务网上提交电子材料，工作人员核对电子材料，作出受理决定。符合申请资格，并材料齐全、格式规范、符合法定形式的，予以受理；并出具《预收件回执》、《收件回执》或《受理回执》；申请人不符合申请资格、不符合法定形式的，不予受理，当场告知原因并出具《不予受理回执》；申请人符合申请资格，但材料不齐全或者内容不符合要求的，窗口人员应一次性告知申请人所缺材料和材料内容要求，并出具《一次性补证告知书》。
3、审核（材料审核：1个工作日内。）
审核人员收到电子材料后进入审核环节，材料审核，并提出审核意见，对符合审核条件的，审核人作出符合的结论。对有部分或全部不符合审核条件的，作出不符合的结论，同时提出具体理由，并将审核结论告知审批人。
4、审批（1个工作日）
审批人员根据审核人员的审核结论，作出审批决定。审批决定通过的当天予以办结并出具 《广东省生育登记证明》，审批决定不通过的当天予以办结并出具《不予通过决定书》
5、办结（当天）
审批单位完成制证并办结，送达出件窗口。
6、送达
申请人可通过快递邮寄或到场领取结果。

《中华人民共和国社会保险法》
第五十五条 生育医疗费用包括下列各项：（一）生育的医疗费用；（二）计划生育的医疗费用；（三）法律、法规规定的其他项目费用。
第五十六条 职工有下列情形之一的，可以按照国家规定享受生育津贴：（一）女职工生育享受产假；（二）享受计划生育手术休假；（三）法律、法规规定的其他情形。生育津贴按照职工所在用人单位上年度职工月平均工资计发。
