劳动法与劳动合同法的关系如下：
劳动合同法是劳动法的重要组成部分，但是劳动合同法更侧重于针对书面劳动合同的一些事宜进行的法律上的约束，劳动法所针对的范围就更加的全面一些。一般劳动合同法当中没有规定到的，就按照中华人民共和国劳动法的规定来处理。
