释义	法律分析：交付应当按照合同约定的方式进行： 1、如合同约定为出卖人代运的，出卖人应当按照约定的运输工具、运输路线进行交付，否则，因此而增加的费用由其自己承担； 2、如合同约定为买受人自提的，出卖人有义务通知买受人到其营业地、仓库所在地或指定的地点提货； 3、如合同约定为出卖人送货的，则出卖人应当按约定或者买受人指定的地点，自备运输工具将标的物送交买受人； 4、如合同约定一次交付的，出卖人不得擅自分期交付。法律依据：根据《民法典》第603条规定：出卖人应当按照约定的地点交付标的物。
