问题	冒用他人公司名义销售产品
释义	未依法登记为有限责任公司或者股份有限公司，而冒用其它集团公司名义的，由工商管理机关责令改正或者予以取缔，可以并处十万元以下的罚款。法律另有其他规定的，应当依照其规定。《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百一十三条未经注册商标所有人许可，在同一种商品、服务上使用与其注册商标相同的商标，情节严重的，处三年以下有期徒刑，并处或者单处罚金；情节特别严重的，处三年以上十年以下有期徒刑，并处罚金。
