释义	法律分析：办了遗嘱公证还要办继承公证。遗嘱公证，是立遗嘱人生前立下遗嘱，再拿着遗嘱和身份证，户口本，婚姻情况证明，财产证明(如：房产证)，到公证处办理。公证过后遗嘱就具有法律效力，在死者死亡2个月内，遗嘱指定继承人就可以拿着公证过的遗嘱，到公证处办理继承公证。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公证法》第二十九条公证机构对申请公证的事项以及当事人提供的证明材料，按照有关办证规则需要核实或者对其有疑义的，应当进行核实，或者委托异地公证机构代为核实，有关单位或者个人应当依法予以协助。
