释义	艾灸一般不属于非法行医。但若艾灸的人员未取得职业资格证的除外。非法行医是指无医生执业资格从事诊疗活动的行为，且前述的行为包括在医疗机构中诊疗患者和擅自开业从事诊疗活动。法律依据《医疗事故处理条例》第六十一条非法行医，造成患者人身损害，不属于医疗事故，触犯刑律的，依法追究刑事责任;有关赔偿，由受害人直接向人民法院提起诉讼。
