释义	法律分析：1、向已按期足额缴纳出资的股东承担违约责任；2、被公司登记机关处以罚款；3、公司可能根据公司章程或股东会决议对该股东的利润分配请求权、新股优先认购权、剩余财产分配请求权等股东权利作出相应的合理限制；4、通过股东会决议方式解除该股东的股东资格。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公司法》第二十六条有限责任公司的注册资本为在公司登记机关登记的全体股东认缴的出资额。法律、行政法规以及国务院决定对有限责任公司注册资本实缴、注册资本最低限额另有规定的，从其规定。
