释义	税务稽查时，要依法履行检查程序，要有两名或两名以上有执法权的税务人员参加，并出示税务检查通知书和税务检查证，并做到文明执法。遇到不配合，要冷静处理，不要让矛盾升级，要积极向被查纳税人宣传税法，将拒绝检查的后果告知纳税人，争取纳税人的支持与配合。如果纳税人仍然坚持不配合，要及时向本单位的领导进行汇报，请求领导出面协调解决。法律依据《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》第一条为了加强税收征收管理，规范税收征收和缴纳行为，保障国家税收收入，保护纳税人的合法权益，促进经济和社会发展，制定本法。
