法律分析：公司收购个人工商户的，个体工商户需要办理撤销手续，撤销营业执照。
法律依据：《个体工商户条例》
第十二条 个体工商户不再从事经营活动的，应当到登记机关办理注销登记。
第二十四条 在个体工商户营业执照有效期内，有关行政机关依法吊销、撤销个体工商户的行政许可，或者行政许可有效期届满的，应当自吊销、撤销行政许可或者行政许可有效期届满之日起5个工作日内通知登记机关，由登记机关撤销注册登记或者吊销营业执照，或者责令当事人依法办理变更登记。
