释义	法律分析：进京证到期后，车辆在限制区域内不可以在北京停放，但可以停在公共停车场内。在北京限制区域内，外地车辆只停不开车不行。未办理进京通行证或进京通行证超过有效期，在限行范围内支路等级以上城市道路停放的，根据停放天数相应扣减当年可办理进京通行证的天数。法律依据：《关于对部分载客汽车采取交通管理措施的通告》外埠在京滞留三个月以上的车辆，凭有效的进京证明、第三者责任保险和指定检测场出具的排放检测场出具的排放检测合格证到所在住地支（大）队宣传科办理车辆备案手续。
