释义	法律分析： 1、合同签订之后，任何一方为了己方利益，采取非法手段控制他人、盗窃合同进行合同修改或伪造的，合同修改部分无效。2、合同签订之后，任何一方想进行合同修改的，必须告知对方，经双方协商一致同意后，重新签订合同或在原合同相应条款作修改或补充。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
