释义	法律分析：未经同意的转租行为没有法律效力。转租合同的效力由出租人的态度决定。如果出租人同意转租，则视为出租人对转租合同的追认，那么转租合同自始有效；如果出租人明确表示不同意转租，则出租人有权解除出租人与承租人之间的房屋租赁合同，出租人解除该合同的，转租合同被撤销，自始无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百九十七条因出卖人未取得处分权致使标的物所有权不能转移的，买受人可以解除合同并请求出卖人承担违约责任。法律、行政法规禁止或者限制转让的标的物，依照其规定。
