释义	法律分析：把梅毒传染给女朋友不构成犯罪。传播性病罪，是指明知自己患有梅毒、淋病等严重性病而进行卖淫、嫖娼的行为。但是如果行为人是在夫妻性生活或通奸、恋爱等非法性关系中将性病传染给他人，由于并不存在卖淫、嫖娼行为，所以不构成传播性病罪。但是如果是明知自己患有梅毒等严重性病依旧实施卖淫的行为就满足了传播性病罪立案标准。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑法》第三百六十条明知自己患有梅毒、淋病等严重性病卖淫、嫖娼的，处五年以下有期徒刑、拘役或者管制，并处罚金。
