非法信访的打击处理
释义
非法信访的打击处理为治安处罚,如警告、罚款、行政拘留等。非法上访不但不能解决问题 反而要承担法律后果 任何形式的越级上访、缠访、闹访 以及扰乱滋事等违法行为，将坚决依法处理绝不姑息纵容。构成犯罪的追究刑事责任。信访是我国公民表示意见和举报的重要途径，而信访人要依法信访，不得通过破坏社会秩序、越级信访等的方式进行举报，否则要承担法律责任。
