释义	法律分析：不能。法律依据：《民法典》第六百五十八条规定：赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。具有救灾、扶贫等社会公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同或者经过公证的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。经过公证的赠与合同很难撤销。除非出现以下法定的可撤销的事由： (一)严重侵害赠与人或者赠与人的近亲属； (二)对赠与人有抚养义务而不履行； (三)不履行赠与合同约定的义务。当出现以上法定事由时，不论赠与合同是以何种形式成立，是否经过公证，是否完成交付，赠与人都可以提出撤销赠与。
