释义	法律分析：当兵是可以带手机的，但是进入到部队里是不可以玩手机的，手机也要上交。法律依据：《中国人民解放军内务条令》第一百一十一条除工作需要并经师（旅）以上单位首长批准外,军人不得使用移动电话、寻呼机等通信工具。经批准持有移动电话、寻呼机的军人,在办公场所或者参加会议、训练以及其他集体活动时,应当将移动电话、寻呼机关闭。第一百一十二条军人通常不得印制名片。如因工作需要印制名片,必须经师（旅）以上机关审查批准,登记备案。军人名片上不得印有部队番号和其他涉及军事秘密的内容。
