释义	法律分析：直系亲属，即相互之间有一脉相承的血缘关系的上下各代亲属，如父母与子女、祖父母与孙子女等、外祖父母与外孙子女等。直系血亲的推算举例：本人算一代，往上父母一代，祖父母一代是三代。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零四十五条亲属包括配偶、血亲和姻亲。配偶、父母、子女、兄弟姐妹、祖父母、外祖父母、孙子女、外孙子女为近亲属。配偶、父母、子女和其他共同生活的近亲属为家庭成员。第一千零四十八条直系血亲或者三代以内的旁系血亲禁止结婚。
