释义	1、根据我国法律的规定，未保价物品丢失或者损毁的，按照实际损失赔偿，但最高不超过资费的三倍2、如果是未保价的贵重物品丢失的，可以要求快递公司原价赔偿。如果快递公司没有对其中的免责条款尽到提示、说明义务的，客户可以主张该免责条款无效，而且不适用最高不超过资费三倍的限制。如果未报价的贵重物品，客户是可以依法要求快递公司原价赔偿。《快递市场管理办法》第二十条在快递服务过程中，快件(邮件)发生延误、丢失、损毁和内件不符的，经营快递业务的企业应当按照与用户的约定，依法予以赔偿。
