释义	员工可以提前三十天提交书面的辞职通知，通知用人单位解除劳动合同。劳动者提前三十天书面提交辞职申请后，即可自行离职，而不需要征得用人单位的许可。但是如果劳动者不按照上述《劳动合同法》的规定解除劳动合同，就属于违法解除，给用人单位造成的损失，应当承担相应法律责任。《劳动合同法》第九十条劳动者违反本法规定解除劳动合同，或者违反劳动合同中约定的保密义务或者竞业限制，给用人单位造成损失的，应当承担赔偿责任。
