释义	医保电子凭证是我国医保线上业务办理的唯一身份凭证。采用的是实名认证，每人会生产一个动态码，还可以通过刷脸验证身份。办理医保电子凭证可以实现看病不带卡，直接扫码结算。法律依据：《中华人民共和国城镇职工基本医疗保险条例》第二十三条用人单位不得违反本条例规定为其从业人员或者其他人员增加个人帐户资金。第二十五条迁离本省或者在本省内流动的，个人帐户的资金余额可以转移使用;无法转移的，应当退还本人。划入统筹基金的基本医疗保险费，归原统筹单位全体参保人员所有，不予转移，也不退还。
