释义	法律分析：不可以。担保义务无法取消，在整个贷款期间都有效。在借款人还清贷款以后，贷款担保人就不存在担保责任了。但是有下列情形之一的，保证人不承担民事责任：（一）主合同当事人双方串通，骗取保证人提供保证的；（二）主合同债权人采取欺诈、胁迫等手段，使保证人在违背真实意思的情况下提供保证的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百六十五条依法成立的合同，受法律保护。依法成立的合同，仅对当事人具有法律约束力，但是法律另有规定的除外。
