释义	法律分析: 醉驾原则上不允许二次鉴定。但是有特殊情况的也需要当场提出当场做鉴定。侦查机关对血液的保存期限为3个月，对于只能采取取保候审、监视居住强制措施的危险驾驶案件来说，有些案件移送审查起诉时，往往距案发已经4至5个月，因此当醉驾人员在审查起诉阶段提出异议时，血液样本已经不能反映当时情况。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百四十八条侦查机关应当将用作证据的鉴定意见告知犯罪嫌疑人、被害人。如果犯罪嫌疑人、被害人提出申请，可以补充鉴定或者重新鉴定。
