释义	法律分析：施工扰民时间段是指法定休息日、节假日全天，及工作日12时至14时、18时至次日8时。禁止在已竣工交付使用的住宅楼内进行产生噪声的装修等扰民作业。在其他时段内作业的，应当采取噪声控制措施，减轻对周围居民的干扰。法律依据：《中华人民共和国环境噪声污染防治法》第四十五条禁止任何单位、个人在城市市区噪声敏感建筑物集中区域内使用高音广播喇叭。在城市市区街道、广场、公园等公共场所组织娱乐、集会等活动，使用音响器材可能产生干扰周围生活环境的过大音量的，必须遵守当地公安机关的规定。
