释义	法律分析：法人私章也就是法定代表人的印章，一般可以刻两个，但是私章不能随便刻，否则可能会带来公司管理混乱和民事诉讼的风险。法律依据：《中华人民共和国印章管理办法》第三条本办法所称印章指公章和具有法律效力的个人名章。本办法所称具有法律效力的个人名章是指国家权力、党政、司法、参政议事、军队、武警、民主党派、工会、共青团、妇联等机关、团体，企业事业单位，民政部门登记的民间组织，居(民委员会和各议事协调机构及非常设机构的法定代表人及其财务部门负责人的名章。
