释义	不可以再领一次，否则涉嫌重婚罪，要负刑事责任。《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条重婚罪是指有配偶又与他人结婚或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的行为。《刑法》分则条文规定，有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处2年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。因此，对于婚外情一方，重婚罪肯定是要判刑的，即使是拘役，也属于刑事处罚。对于明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，也是触犯刑法的。也就是说，对于那些情愿做婚外情的第三者的，也可能触犯刑法，受到刑事处罚。
