释义	股东去世后股权能继承吗依据我国《公司法》的规定，公司的股东去世后，合法的继承人是可以继承股东股权的，但公司章程另有规定的，是不能继承股权的。相关法律规定《中华人民共和国公司法》第七十三条依照本法第七十一条、第七十二条转让股权后，公司应当注销原股东的出资证明书，向新股东签发出资证明书，并相应修改公司章程和股东名册中有关股东及其出资额的记载。对公司章程的该项修改不需再由股东会表决。第七十五条自然人股东死亡后，其合法继承人可以继承股东资格;但是，公司章程另有规定的除外。
