释义	律师分析: 夫妻之间赠与房产的处理规则：夫妻一方将其所有的两处以上房产赠与另一方，部分房产办理过户登记手续后，赠与人行使任意撤销权，提出尚未履行的部分不再履行，另一方请求继续履行。如房产赠与合同已经过公证，应当支持受赠与人要求赠与人履行赠与合同的主张。【法律依据】: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第六百五十八条赠与人在赠与财产的权利转移之前可以撤销赠与。经过公证的赠与合同或者依法不得撤销的具有救灾、扶贫、助残等公益、道德义务性质的赠与合同，不适用前款规定。
