释义	法律分析：一般来说是需要经过担保人同意的。如果担保合同中约定了债权不得转让，则未经担保人同意，债权人不得转让债权；如果法律明确规定禁止转让的债权，债权人也不得转让。其他情况下，债权人可以转让债权，保证人在原保证担保范围内对受让人承担保证责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百四十六条债权人转让债权，未通知债务人的，该转让对债务人不发生效力。债权转让的通知不得撤销，但是经受让人同意的除外。
