释义	修改权：是作者修改或授权他人修改其作品的权利。为作者所享有，只有经作者授权，他人才能修改其作品，未经授权而擅自修改，即构成对作者修改权的侵犯。例外： (1)报社、杂志社可对投稿作品作文字性修改、删节，无须征得作者同意。从实质上讲，修改权仍属于作者，他人只能在法定范围内对作品作文字性修改、删节，而不能改变作品的基本内容和形式。 (2)美术作品原件出售后，著作权人如想修改作品，须征得美术作品原件所有人同意。该内容由麻侦贤律师和律说律答共创回答
