释义	法律分析：一般情况下，法院开庭不会以短信形式通知。若是案件以简易程序进行审理的话，法院可能会以短信、电话、传真的形式通知当事人。人民法院向当事人发出的法律文书，包括传票、通知、裁定、判决等都应该以书面的方式送达到本人，本人同意以其他方式送达的除外，找不到人的也应该以公告的方式（登报、法院公告）的方式送达，否则不发生法律效力。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第八十七条经受送达人同意，人民法院可以采用传真、电子邮件等能够确认其收悉的方式送达诉讼文书，但判决书、裁定书、调解书除外。
